I was born and raised in Arizona and made the move to Idaho when I was 10 years old. I grew up playing sports (baseball), and it took me on an incredible journey. I got the opportunity to travel the nation playing some of the best teams that college sports had to offer. After athletics and school, I found my way into the business world and began in sales before pivoting to recruiting. I found my passion in recruiting and have decided to make it my forever career! I love pouring my heart into anything that I'm working on and am very passionate about leadership and building highly effective teams.
