For the past fifteen years, I have been involved in executive search, contract recruiting and outsourced software development in a real cross section of industries. I have a track record of helping start-up companies staff up quickly and successfully, as well as helping established companies find the people who are the "perfect" fit for the job.

My clients and candidates alike will tell you that I pride myself in making sure that when I place a candidate, it is a good technical and cultural fit. That is why much of the business throughout my career has been repeat and referral business.
