We are a Project Management aka (Owners Representative Firm) with major projects in the TX market.
Our experience includes commercial office work, as well as extensive charter school projects in the Dallas and Austin markets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for the overall management of all construction aspects of a project from inception through the final close-out
- Review and implement scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Facilitates project meetings with the Design team and Contractor to ensure the project remains in budget and on schedule
- Conducts standard request for proposals; coordinate advertisement and completes bid analysis
What You Need for this Position
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Commercial Construction (7+ yrs)
- School K-12 or Higher Education Construction
