Job Salary: $120k-$150k+ depending on experience

We are a construction company in business for over 25 years. Mainly specializing in building restoration, we have built a culture of excellence and have grown across the east coast and become one of the premier restoration companies in the US. We are seeking to add experienced project managers to our team who have experience in building restoration, specifically concrete, masonry, wood, & waterproofing. - Lead the planning and execution of building restoration projects, from project initiation to closeout, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and continuously monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project activities, evaluate work quality, and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures to maximize project profitability.
- Oversee a team of restoration professionals, including subcontractors, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to source and procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring availability and timely delivery to the project site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and client communications.
- Utilize project management software, including Procore, to streamline project workflows, track progress, and enhance collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to building restoration, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the building restoration industry, with a focus on concrete, masonry, and wood restoration.
- Strong knowledge of building restoration techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in using project management software, such as Procore, for project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Salary: 120k - 150k+ (depending on experience)
