Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Saint George, UT
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a project manager with three or more years of experience in the commercial space and knowledge of Procore or other project management software, if that is you, lets talk!
What You Will Be Doing
- Successfully and professionally manage commercial construction projects from negotiation, bid, and procurement to closeout, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- Provide support to the superintendent and foster accountability among the project team.
- Foster a positive work environment, boosting team morale and promoting collaboration.
- Effectively manage subcontractors from procurement to project completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.
- Take ownership of safety, scheduling, and quality control on the job site, implementing necessary measures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Provide technical construction direction to teams, ensuring efficient and accurate project execution.
- Manage and mitigate all risk exposures associated with the projects, ensuring proactive measures are taken to minimize potential issues.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, contributing to the advancement of the industry.
- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and the public, fostering trust and successful project outcomes.
- Guide and assist the design team as necessary, ensuring seamless coordination between design and construction phases.
- Maintain, track, and document project records using Procore or similar project management software.
- Ensure timely, creative, and accurate project financial management, including stringent cost control measures.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects and managing subcontractors.
- Experience in administering projects using various construction delivery methods.
- A professional with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, leadership abilities, productivity, and energy.
- Proficient in record keeping, problem-solving, safety protocols, quality control measures, and scheduling.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
