Project Manager - Restoration, Construction, Mitigation

-Writing estimates for contents pack-outs and pack-backs as it relates to the homeowners personal property.
-Creating and managing estimates and job in the residential, commercial, and industrial lines of business
-Review invoices and labor timely to ensure costs are included in the job costs monthly
-Establish and maintain local area clientele in position to refer losses. Clientele is primarily insurance adjusters but may also include community business owners, schools and municipalities.
-Meet with clients, develop quality and competitive estimates using Xactimate software, manage work through completion, review budgets and communicate progress with clients and management
- Provide accurate scopes and budgets to subs, hold them accountable in a professional manner
- Schedule subs and technicians, keeping clients informed of all changes
-Responding to new water, fire, mold damage mitigation jobs
-Document each project and upload pictures onto company server
-Communicate effectively with customers and project managers on each project
-Develop scope of work on mitigation projects
-Effectively construct containments with negative air
-Inspect and identify damage on new mitigation jobs
-Work cleanly and lay down flooring protection & protect contents on projects
-Fill out paperwork to explain repairs that are done daily on each project

- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Mitigation experience
- Restoration construction experience
- IICRC Certified
- Proficient with Xactimate
