Founded over 70 years ago in the Bay Area, we are a commercial general contractor that specializes in retail, shopping centers, banks, and more. We are looking for an Estimator who is hard-working, passionate, and enjoys working on a diversity of projects throughout the Bay Area. We offer competitive compensation up to $140,000, excellent benefits, and more.

What You Will Be Doing

Due Diligence, Pre-Construction Surveys, ROM Budgets, Bids/ Proposals, Bidding Process Development and Improvement, Collaboration with Project Teams, Value Engineering, Post-Bid Communication and Subcontractor Partnership Development.

What You Need for this Position

Strong construction knowledge and background; 100% competency in reading plans, shop drawings, specifications; experience with self-performing labor and material take-offs; strong computer skills in Excel, Word, MS Project
