Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Job Location: Hybrid WFH + Irvine, CA
Job Salary: $100K - $140K + Bonus
Requirements:
Requirements for this position:
1.) 5+ years in Accounting
2.) 1+ years of Accounting Supervisory experience
3.) Must be strong with Payroll Accounting (Commissions / Bonus pay-out is a big plus)
4.) Experience with implementing and streamlining Accounting process (This is a hands-on role)
5.) Assist with compensation modeling, FP&A, forecasting and budgeting
Bonus Skills:
1.) CPA
2.) Sales Industry experience
3.) Implemented Accounting processes in the past
4.) SOX Compliance
5.) Compensation Modeling
