We are looking for an experienced Audit/Accounting Supervisor that possesses a strong understating of accounting and audit principles and experience providing financial statement services to closely-held entities. What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day audit and accounting activities. This will include overseeing financial reporting and audits, preparing financial statements, and maintaining a control framework in accordance with GAAP. You will supervise and manage a small team of bookkeepers, review staffing needs, and assist with the review of compilation engagements.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum 5-7+ years experience in Public Accounting
Experience with the following:
- CCH ProSystems (or similar)
- PPC Checkpoint (or similar)
- 5+ years using Quickbooks
Strong understanding of financial statements (compilation and preparation) and GAAP
5+ years experience providing accounting and/or bookkeeping services
