We are looking for an experienced and organized Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and helping with the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will have experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, AP/AR, GL, and intermediate Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
Prepare and process invoices
Prepare, review, and process accounts payable checks
Prepare and record journal entries
Analyze account discrepancies
Track expenses and prepare monthly financial reports
Assist with month-end close process
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is preferred
3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, AP/AR, and GL
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
