What You Will Be Doing
Ideally the candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress or other CMS / eCommerce platforms such as Drupal, Shopify, etc. as you may also integrate your front-end code into these systems. You will work closely with our full stack and back end team to assure pixel perfect display.
This is an opportunity for a strong mid-level developer to come in and excel. Were looking for a talented Web Developer who knows how to balance a passion for logic and problem solving with a detail oriented eye for design to join this growing team.
What You Need for this Position
3-5+ years of experience in the following:
- Front end web development - SASS / JavaScript
- Experience with PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Drupal and other CMS platforms
- An ability to structure fast and clean CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of build systems and GitHub
- Experience with SASS, Responsive websites and template driven web site development
- A motivated individual who works well with in teams with a desire to drive projects
- Work seamlessly with Designers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to translate designs/wireframes into frontend code
- Understanding optimization best practices with regard to frontend web standards, code maintainability, page rendering, and browser performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good sense of humor
