An ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, FInance or similiar
CPA or MBA big plus
15+ years of progressive experience including leadership roles
SEC Reporting
US GAAP Accounting Principles
ERP Systems proficiency
Proven success building high performance teams
Project Management
Analytical, problem solver with strong communicaitons skills
High ethical standards of conduct & business
May require some travel.
