Role: Senior or Lead UX Designer
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid onsite/remote role after covid)
Compensation: 130-160k total comp. High end of the range is for Lead Designers.

What You Will Be Doing

You'll be part of a rapidly growing team which is building AI tools for our Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Work with other designers, researchers, engineering and product teams.
- Assist engineering and data teams to help them get deeper insights into their customer.
- Research and innovate solutions such as continuous integration, data design and AI model creation.
- Create and execute research including qualitative and quantitative research. Evaluate /analze findings through the full lifecycle.
- Assist in building/evolving research and design practices.
- Drive strategy and priorities, creating clear and actionable recommendations.

What You Need for this Position

We are open to all levels (but ideally seeking seniors) in software UX Research & Design including:

- Highly complex designs/projects
- User Centered Design
- Agile
- Working with engineering teams
