What You Will Be Doing
-Oversee entire project team (architect, consultants, superintendent, contractors, subcontractors)
-Create detailed scope of work for all project components and solicit bids
-Evaluate, qualify, and organize all bids for recommendation to the propertys owner representative
-Attend and oversee construction project meetings
-Oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure they are high quality, on schedule and within budget.
-Proactively identify and isolate matters of risk and expediently solve problems; Resolve RFIs and RFCOs promptly
-Oversee Construction Coordinator to ensure all contracts, vendor compliance, scheduling, change order request, RFIs, payment applications are handled in a timely, accurate manner.
-Maintain transparent records and files on projects.
-Maintain accurate and timely correspondence
-Continually identify ways to refine and enhance the workflow process.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum 5 years experience:
-Multi-Family, Hotel or Senior Living Renovation
-Strong understanding of building systems
-Ability to read blue prints and specifications
-Commercial Construction
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
-Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
-Self-motivated
-Must be willing to Travel
