Job Title: Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
Location: Remote position, be must located on EST/CST Time Zone
Salary: $120k-150k + OT Pay + Bonus
Requirements: CPA or EA, at least 5-7+ years Public Accounting Exp, and must currently be a Tax Manager at a CPA firm
We are an Established, Top 300 CPA firm based out of Northern VA for over 50+ years. Overall we are a good mid-sized firm with about 60-70 employees. As a known leader in the Greater DMV area, we specialize in serving a variety of clients in multiple verticals including Real Estate, Non-Profit, Healthcare, Professional Services, Construction, Government Contracting, and more.
Due to growth, we are now adding an experienced Tax Manager/ Senior Tax Manager to our team. For the right candidate, we are offering competitive comp packages, an opportunity for Partner track, and we put a large emphasis on internal growth & developing our employees.

Required:
- Active CPA or EA (flexible for CPA Candidates)
- At least 5-7+ years of Public Accounting Exp.
- Currently a Tax Manager at a CPA firm
- Prep/Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Individuals, Partnerships, and/or Trust/Estate returns
Strongly Preferred:
- Master's in Taxation
- CCH ProSystem software
