We are a fully integrated Multi-Family Developer operating across the Southeast. For more than 50 years, we have been providing quality communities across the Sun Belt. We are looking for a MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT to join our team in Atlanta!
- Oversee and manage multiple job sites daily
- Manage all aspects of sub-contractor activity
- Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience
- 3+ years of multi-family construction experience
- Supreme knowledge of all things multi-family construction
- Ability to read and understand construction documents such as blueprints, specifications, shop drawings, product data sheets and contracts
- Salary $100k - $150k (depending on experience)
