- Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Creates, maintains construction schedules, 3 week look ahead, identifies and solves problems.
- Conduct foreman meetings.
- Work with Project Management Team, Executive Leadership, Clients, etc.
- 3+ years of Superintendent Experience
- Multi-Family and/or Commercial Construction Experience
- Tenant Improvement Experience
- High School Diploma
- Base Salary ($100k-$150k DOE) + Bonus
- 401k Match
