Title: Substation Electrical Engineer
Location: Tyler, TX
Salary: $120,000-$150,000/Year
Requirements: At least 5+ Years in an Electrical Engineering role with experience with High Voltage systems, knowledge of NES, NESC, IEEE, NEMA and electrical substations. Equipment wiring and panel arrangements is a must, but not limited to.

Responsible for substation engineering and consulting services for clients across the US. Main responsibilities include creating electrical protection & control and/or physical layout design deliverables. Projects range in size, complexity, and voltage class from small distribution facility upgrades to large transmission projects. This position can influence the future of the resiliency, reliability, and economic operation of the electric grid. Opportunities to advance into project execution, project management, and organizational leadership roles are available.
Principal responsibilities include the design of high voltage (13kV-500kV) electrical substations. Additionally, responsibilities for the Senior Engineer include coordinating and leading the activities of others, both individually and on teams.
