What You Need for this Position
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Excellent Scala development skills
- Strong Spark and Cassandra experience
- Cassandra performance monitoring/troubleshooting
- Cassandra administration (compaction, repairs, backups, restores)
- Software systems architecture
- Application testing & debugging
- Spark programming skills (RDDs, dataframes, joins)
- Data modeling
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
