Senior Scientist - Immuno-Oncology

- Interrogate myeloid cell biology to advance our understanding of human disease in cancer and autoimmunity
- Explore novel immune modulatory pathways using cutting edge immunological tools and experimental designs
- Perform primary immune cell isolation and differentiation for use in a variety of in vitro and ex vivo immune cell assays
- Propose and execute a research plan to support the development of large molecule therapeutics
- Leading key research areas within a program team
- Work collaboratively with and provide training to multi-disciplinary teams
- Utilize a variety of cellular and molecular biology techniques and functional assays (flow cytometry, primary cell culture, ELISA, immunoassays, RNA sequencing, immunohistochemistry (IHC))
- Contribute to scientific decision-making towards the development of large molecule therapies

REQUIRED
- PhD degree in Immunology or related field
- Hands-on experience in immuno-oncology
- Ability to independently design and execute a variety of experimental plans

PREFERRED
- Experience with large molecule immune modulatory preclinical research
- Understanding and implementation of cutting-edge immunological tools
- Track record of high impact publications/contributions to patents
