We are a family owned and operated Plumbing and HVAC contractor serving commercial and industrial businesses in the southeast. Due to demand and growth for our service, we are actively searching for a HVAC Project Manager!

- Assist with and prepare project proposals and estimates
- Manage commercial/industrial projects from start to finish
- Manage project budget, schedule and scope in order to maximize customer satisfaction
- Quality control and project close out
- Estimate and prepare change orders
5+ years project management experience required
- HVAC Commercial/Industrial experience required
- HVAC and plumbing systems estimating experience
- Extensive knowledge of commercial mechanical systems
- Experience with HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing projects
- Competitive salary $70-100k DOE
