What You Will Be Doing

-Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting and
budgeting
- Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field
-Set clear goals and expectations to foreman
- Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns
-Estimate change orders for assigned projects
- Manage all jobs closeout procedures
- Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement
- Provide coaching/counseling to foreman and Assistant Project Manager
- Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry

What You Need for this Position

- Minimum of 5 years in a Project Management Role
- Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Outlook e-mail
& calendar
-Able to work as a team and individually with a positive and professional attitude
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
-Field experience preferred, but not required
