Salary: $90K-$140K Depending on experience

Founded in the heart of downtown Detroit in 1969, our firm focuses on our people, and consistent success in sports, hospitality, and corporate facilities projects. It is safe to say our team tackles large and complex projects on and off the field. We are looking to add a Senior Designer with at least 5 years of experience to our team; come build with us!

What You Will Be Doing

- Support large/complex projects(developing design)
- Oversee project teams
- Lead some medium/large scale projects, with a focus on sports, hospitality, and corporate facilities
- Be a part of the rebirth of Detroit at our dynamic office in the heart of downtown
- Responsible for initiating design concepts and leading design development
- Able to work independently within a project team and/or can lead the design/discipline team
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with effective assertiveness, creativity and fairness
- Ensuring project success with firm-wide standards for project delivery
- Work closely with Project Manager and/or Design Lead

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years in firm experience
- Proficient in: Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe
- Hands on in 3D Rendering Software (Sketchup, 3D, Rhino, Lumion, etc.)
- Experience in Hospitality, large commercial projects is a plus
- Professional License preferred
