What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Controller and support our pre-IPO company and the management team. You will participate in the IPO Process and accounting software changes to follow.
- Analyzing/delivering accounting/financial results
- Prepare for and assist with upcoming IPO
- Standard and/or ad hoc financial reporting
- Changes/additions to reporting packages
- Complex account reconciliations - GAAP/IFRS

What You Need for this Position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting (MS/CPA preferred - BIG 4 BONUS)
- 5+ years' accounting experience
- Word, Excel and QuickBooks
- ERP - SAP/Oracle or similar
- Pharma, Vaccine, Biotech industry preferred
- Stock Plan, Pre IPO, IPO Process experience highly preferred
- GAAP/IFRS
BONUS - Korean Fluency or experience with Korean Business practices
