Job Title: Sales Project Manager

We are one of New England's largest one-stop source for commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors & hardware, drywall and steel framing, insulation and exterior systems.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of Sales experience in a construction related field with the ability to read blueprints & specifications.
Experience selling Commercial Doors (Commercial Steel & Wood Doors, Frames & Hardware) is highly preferred.

- Analyze blueprints and specifications to perform a detailed take-off and itemized summary of all doors, frames, finish hardware & specialties.
- Use the manufacturers price books and in-house software to generate an accurate cost for all materials. Create a detailed proposal to be sent to the bidders on the project and offer options for value engineering.
- Perform jobsite visits to review any customer complaints and to ensure that material is being stored & installed per the specifications.
Must Have Skills:
1.) Project Management + Sales experience in a Construction related field
2.) Ability to read blueprints and specifications
Nice to have skills:
1.) Experience selling Commercial Doors (Commercial Steel & Wood Doors, Frames & Hardware)
2.) Knowledge of Construction Management Software & MS Office (Excel)
3.) An understanding of building & fire codes
