Position Overview: We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales and growth within the multifamily/apartment market in Texas. You will need to utilize your strong prospecting skills to find new business relationships, while providing exceptional service to existing customers. Your expertise in exterior rehabs will help guide clients in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify multifamily/apartment decision makers.
- Negotiate estimates and close sales.
- Apply exterior rehab knowledge to assist clients with decision making and developing scopes of work.
- Assist estimators/superintendents with job scopes, estimates and production of work.
- Conducting spontaneous on-site inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to standards, with results reported to superintendents and upper management.
- Maintain a customer account database.
- Review customer account database monthly to determine customer status.
- Represent company at sales, marketing and industry events (may require out of state travel)
- Entertain customers at different sports, sales, marketing, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years outside sales experience
- Preferred familiarity with multi-family knowledge
- Preferred familiarity with exterior painting, roofing, siding, decks, waterproof coatings and roof coatings
- Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, enabling you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and seize every growth prospect.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, empowering you to build rapport and convey complex information with ease.
- Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Apple Keynote, Apple computers and PCs.
- Ability to be resourceful and figure out things by use of previous experience or search engines.
- A clean driving record, coupled with reliable personal transportation, and the willingness to embark on daily travel to diverse customer locations.
