The position of Corporate Recruiting Administrator is responsible for sending applications, checking references, and facilitating the internal hiring process for candidates to ensure we have new hires for every class. Must exercise organizational skills to coordinate class sizes.

What You Will Be Doing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Perform administrative tasks in support of Corporate Recruiting department including managing team shared mailbox, distribution lists and electronic filing.
- Serve as main point of contact for CyberCoders internal hiring processes and procedures.
- Document all relevant candidate information in appropriate systems and maintain applicant digital files.
- Maintain Corporate Recruiting report by tracking all candidates in process with excel Daily Report and CyberCoders proprietary ATS Cyrus.
- Screen all candidates sent in by hiring managers or the Corporate Recruiting Team to ensure candidates meet current hiring criteria for role.
- Review internal applications to validate work history, education, training, or job skills to provide information about the criteria for the role applying for.
- Perform reference checks on all internal applicants and communicate results and process with hiring managers.
- Coordinate Prior Agreements process with internal applicants, hiring manager, CR, HR and Legal and serve as administrator of process.
- Collect information and approvals needed for offer letters to be sent out to internal applicants.
- Coordinate with other departments supporting internal hiring onboarding steps to ensure new hires obtain information needed prior to start and entered correctly into systems.
- Serve as department expert and documentarian on all process and procedures ensuring they are kept current including pre-hire, onboarding, rehiring, etc.
- Enter accurate data for candidates who accept offers into various HRIS systems.
- Administer and update systems as needed for any changes related to candidates during the onboarding process including mailing addresses, start dates, supervisors, etc.
- Enter data to process any declined offers and ensure all HRIS and tracking systems are maintained accurately.
- Administer company referral program.
- Partner with HR department on background screening process and document collection as needed/required from internal applicants.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all applicable state and local government to support internal hiring processes.
- Serve as department communication lead with other departments to facilitate the needs of Corporate Recruiting
- Works with Marketing Team to maintain and monitor effective job board use and leverage additional tools and resources such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc..
- Works with Marketing Team as need to facilitate job postings on all free local websites and schools.
- Works with Marketing Team to facilitate appropriate social media posts in support of Corporate Recruiting Department on various platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Works with L&D Team to ensure Corporate Recruiting internal training channels are kept up to date and current.
- Works with TechSupport & Product teams to ensure data accuracy and communicate needs of internal hiring team for automation and increased efficiency in process flows.
- Coordinates exceptions to standard hiring process with Managers and the Compensation Committee.
- Partner with IT, Product, L&D, and HR for tracking and metrics for department establishes new metrics as needed.
- Adhere to predetermined performance expectations.
- Provide backup to the other members of the team in accordance with our culture of teamwork and professionalism.
- Train Corporate Recruiters on the departments administrative processes and procedures.
- Attend team meetings.

What You Need for this Position

EDUCATION
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred; B.S. preferred


EXPERIENCE
- Previous customer service and/or related experience preferred.


SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office 2016 and newer skills required.
Intermediate Excel skills required.
Microsoft SharePoint or file management experience preferred.
Working knowledge of on-line candidate tracking system/database preferred.
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft a plus.
