Job Title: QC Underwriter
Job Location: Remote (HQ in Irvine, CA)
Job Salary: $65K - $80K + OT
Requirements:
1.) 5+ years as a QC Underwriter or Due Diligence Underwriter or Post Closing Underwriter
2.) Post Closing, Disclosure, Underwriting, Compliance, Due Diligence
3.) Must be completing 5+ full file reviews daily
4.) Back-end QC or Front-end QC is acceptable

As the QC Underwriter, you will work in our Post Closing Department and assisting our Non Conforming Product Investors to ensure loan sale into Secondary Marketing. This position will work on the underwriting related portion.
Qualified candidates may be either working on front, back or due diligence Underwriting.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities:
Performing prefunding QC loan reviews
Identify, track and escalate deficiencies identified and find solution
Performing due diligence loan reviews and compliance reviews
Maintaining records of reviews
Addressing loan-level findings of Agency, GSEs, or investors
Oversee audit requests
Must understand current loan guidelines
