Project Manager Restoration
Position Overview:
The Project Manager Restoration is responsible for providing oversight and direction to all restoration projects. This includes ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, and to customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will work closely with the customer and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within the scope of customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the restoration project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Troubleshoot and identify any potential issues with the project
Assist with the selection and management of all subcontractors involved in the project
Create and maintain project budgets and timelines
Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to
Coordinate with other departments, as needed, to ensure timely completion of projects
Communicate project progress to customers in a timely manner
Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the project
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
5+ years of experience in the construction/restoration industry, including roofing, flooring, mold, water, fire, and/or damage restoration
Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with a team and independently
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
