This Senior Project Manager (Biotechl) position will maintain, implement and provide on-going support for lab extension projects. The primary responsibility is to drive the successful scoping, execution, testing and adoption of all projects, while the secondary responsibility is to create a company culture of adopting project management principles through trainings, policies and other behaviors.

What You Will Be Doing
-Drive the successful scoping (including timeline and budget), execution, testing and completion all projects
-Ensure that Project Scoping Documents are fully specified in a timely manner by the Client (team mate)
-Lead the execution of the project deliverables in tandem with the client, holding individuals and teams accountable for alterations to scope and/or timeline
-Ensure the appropriate testing plan and testing resources are available and utilized
-Where the deliverable of Project needs to be adopted across the company, support the Client with training and other resources as necessary
-Ensure that the Project Scoping Document is followed and updated with all changes.
-Advise Executive Management of any substantial deviations from the original scope, or any other risk to the successful completion of the Project
-Additional duties as and when requested
What You Need for this Position
-5+ years experience in managing projects of diverse scope
-Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management
-Knowledge of best practices in project management, lean and 6 Sigma highly advantageous
-An engineering mindset that takes pride in quality, automation, efficiency and enjoys the feeling of completing projects
-Excellent communication skills being to assimilate large volumes of diverse information and requests to determine the best course of action
