For over 40 years we have provided commercial, residential, industrial land development, and construction support services to both public and private clients. Our areas of expertise include urban planning, traffic/transportation, water supply and distribution, renewable energy, flood control/drainage, sewage facilities, surveying/mapping, and assessment districts and proceeding.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain relationships our current clients
- Grow network/professional connections
- Seek new project opportunities
- Prepare technical sections of project proposals
- Mentor junior engineers
- Evaluate staff performance
- Be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project team activities
- Quality control on all projects
- Coordinate staff resources
- Participate in contract negotiations, approve client billing, and secure contract amendments

What You Need for this Position

- B.S in Civil Engineering
- PE License in California is preferred
- Local Transportation/Caltrans experience
- 3+ years of experience
