We are looking for a Production Manager /Manufacturing Supervisor for our industrial/Manufacturing facility in the area near Frederick, MD.
We would need this person to be able to:
----->Manage the day to day operations, and teams of 60-70 persons ( at least one shift, maybe two, but not required to BE there for both shifts)
----->Lead and manage change management, processes, and process improvements at the facility.
----->Manage, take care of day to day employee relations issues/concerns.
----->Lead a multicultural workforce through BILINGUAL language fluency in both ENGLISH and Spanish.
Additional duties will include:
->scheduling both teams and maintenance
->Team training, coaching, motivation
->Maintaining product quality and deliverable deadlines
->Identifying opportunities for improvement in plant processes, manufacturing efficiencies, etc.
We are open to considering those that have salary goals in the 70-90K range, give or take with some flexibility
What You Need for this Position
----->EDUCATION - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or BA or BS degree (preferred Qualifications)
----->EXPERIENCE - 5+ yrs experience in a manufacturing environment, 2+ years supervisory experience
----->Experience Supervising/managing teams in a manufacturing environment - teams of 50-80 in scope ideal
----->Ability to lead a multicultural workforce,
----->Ability to communicate with BILINGUAL language skills ( ENGLISH/SPANISH
----->Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience is highly desired/sought.
