Title: Production Manager
Location: Nationwide (Relocation may be required if not in your area)
Salary: 80k-120k with 15-30% bonus
Requirements: 2+ years with management experience; Window manufacturing background
We are the leader in designing and manufacturing windows and doors for both residential homes and commercial applications. We are looking a production manager to join our team as we expand with new plants!
Your key responsibilities include directly managing a team of 20-50 employees. You are accountable for ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing productivity within your department. Additionally, you play a crucial role in managing the labor budget efficiently.
-Base Salary: 80k-120k
