What You Will Be Doing
You will be analyzing and summarizing data and presenting drivers of business performance including Quality of Earnings Report. Understand and share GAAP impacts on business transactions.
What You Need for this Position
1.) 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
2.) Big 4 experience
3.) Ability/willingness to travel domestically or globally based on client needs (up to 25%, various locations)
