What You Will Be Doing
1. **Project Management:**
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Define project objectives, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
2. **Crew Management:**
- Assemble, lead, and motivate project crews to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Manage workload distribution and assess resource requirements.
3. **Client Relations:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns, requests, and changes in project scope.
4. **Resource Allocation:**
- Oversee the allocation of equipment, materials, and tools to meet project requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, if applicable, and maintain subcontractor relationships.
5. **Quality Control:**
- Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Conduct inspections and quality assessments, making necessary improvements.
6. **Budget and Cost Management:**
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Track project expenses, monitor financial performance, and control costs.
7. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues.
What You Need for this Position
- Proven experience in managing low voltage projects, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, technologies, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
