We are an established insurance and financial services company in the Dallas, TX area. Due to our recent growth, we are looking for a Post-Closing Specialist to join our growing team!
The ideal candidate will have experience with closing/post-closing loans, loan servicing, Excel, basic accounting, and client relations.
It will be highly preferred if you have experience with commercial loans and/or the banking industry.

- Monitor loan status, loan performance, and borrower compliance
- Set up new loans for administration, including the servicing system for Insurance and Tax
- Review and receipt of all loan documents
- Facilitating all payments and funds received from title companies, borrowers, and participants
- Reporting to management and recommending courses of action for compliance
