What You Will Be Doing
- Supports the Learning & Development department in the creation and maintenance of learning programs, plans, and records
- Create and maintain schedules for employee learning opportunities, oversee and update attendance rosters, maintain updated curriculum database and attendance records
- Maintain and help produce records, reports, instructional manuals, reference materials, etc., pertinent to learning opportunities
- Assist in onboarding of new hires and scheduling/coordinating new hire training classes.
- Assist in maintaining materials related to new hire onboarding and training (Welcome letters, Class Syllabus, classroom learning activity worksheets etc...).
- Manage the tracking, reporting, and data from LMS and surveys
- Review training evaluations, compile results for reports
- Manage user data and creation, courses, learning plans, and channels in LMS
- Understand the various types of learning styles and to be able to address these learning styles while training
- Delivers individual and group training on CC's proprietary ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Deliver training and presentations through MS Teams or Cisco Webex Meetings
- Runs Best Practices, Rules of Engagement, and Job Posting trainings
- Work one on one with employees when further assistance is requested after onboarding training program ends
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
- Manage communications and logistics for global annual compliance training and new hire compliance training
- Assists the Director of Talent Development with various special projects and training initiatives
What You Need for this Position
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university degree with emphasis in such areas as organizational development, training, management, or equivalent highly desired. Industry knowledge also highly preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and project management skills required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with an influence all levels of staff, including management and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with various training functions.
- Be teamwork oriented with demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Strong time management skills and positivity
- Experience with troubleshooting issues/managing trouble-tickets
- Experience with learning management systems such as Docebo, KNet, Maestro, Canvas, Moodle, etc.
- Excellent disposition, professionalism, mindset, communication skills, and work ethic
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with communication applications (MS Teams and Cisco Webex Meetings preferred)
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in a sales/service organization
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience with eLearning Development Software
- Course Content Design experience
- Experience using LinkedIn
- 1-2 years of instructional or technical writing
