Our solution software is configurable for both local and multinational organizations and has evolved into the lightest, most scalable endpoint solution in the world.
Our HQ is based on San Jose, CA and we do have offices in the UK, Netherlands and Australia.
This will be a full time role offering a base salary + bonus + equity/stock + full benefits + REMOTE (work from home)!
What You Will Be Doing
- Part of the production deployment team working closely with Customer Support, Pre-Sales and Engineering teams
- Managing the Production AWS Cloud Deployments for our customers
- Managing Hosted and SaaS deployments of our application
- Deployment automation using bleeding edge automation technologies (Terraform)
- Monitoring and continuous uptime of the application in those deployments
- Responsible for the security aspects of those deployments such as SSO, Access Control, Network Security and OS security.
- Building custom applications or tools needed to support and maintain the production deployments in a cost effective and efficient manner
- Managing costs of a AWS production environment
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors degree in CS or related Eng or Science fields
- 5+ years of experience in relevant roles and managing large AWS cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and the deployment and management of those services
- Infrastructure services such as EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, SES, VPC, ELB, Route 53, Cloudfront etc
- Security services such as IAM, SSO, ADS, Shield and CloudHSM etc
- SaaS Application and DB services such as RDS, Elasticache, Redshift etc
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of deployment automation technologies such as CFT and Teraform
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Network and Security technology and deployment architectures
- Load Balancers, Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, SES, SSO etc
- Linux System administration skills required to deploy DTEX applications and maintain them including upgrades, debugging system level issues and fixing them
- Scripting and automation tool skills to enable deployment automation and integrations: Bash, Python, Ansible/Chef/Salt/Puppet
- Experience with other cloud provides such as Azure and GCP is a plus
- Prefer experience in startup environments
