We are a strong CPG company looking for a JD Edwards (JDE) Business Analyst with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience to join our team. We are automating processes within our JD Edwards environment and you would be pivotal to making this a success!
The JDE Business Analyst with RPA experience will be responsible for business requirements gathering to capture as-is process and map to-be process vision within our JD Edwards environment. It involves identifying automation blockers and identifying automation enablers and articulating them to the business. The role is also responsible for producing process a definition document.
Local Candidates please. We are a hybrid work week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite, rest remote.
What You Will Be Doing
- Complete current state assessment of business processes and document each of the following areas in detail: problem statements, process flows, gap analysis, and future-state solution recommendations
- Partner with the process owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation, and outline the impacted processes and business requirements
- Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives; capture and document current state manual processes
- Create end-to-end cross-functional process flow maps at a high-level as well as at a detailed/modular level
- Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and tools
- Act as a liaison between business and technical resources
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in an enterprise environment
- 4+ years of ERP experience specifically Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) as a techno/functional business analyst
- Experience with RPA technologies, such as UiPath (preferred) or Automation Anywhere, and of best practices for process automation and operational excellence
- Experience integrating JDE with 3rd party and business process automation tools
- Strong SQL skills writing complex queries for data analysis
- Knowledge of user acceptance testing process and procedure
Pluses:
- Experience with the CPG industry is a plus
- Experience with development in RPA tool UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Robot
