Position Overview:
The Information Systems Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Information Systems team, as well as managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the companys IT systems. This position will work closely with other departments to ensure the effective operation, integration, and security of the information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and administer policies, procedures, and standards related to the information systems.
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the software and hardware of the information systems
Conduct system analysis and work with other departments to identify areas of improvement and help develop new systems
Work with department heads to ensure all IT needs are met in a timely fashion
Support users and staff with technical issues and system training
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Manage the Information Systems budget and expenditures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
Proven experience as an Information Systems Manager or similar role
Knowledge of project management and construction principles
Expertise in system analysis and design
Working knowledge of network technologies, protocols, and standards
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Aptitude for learning new technologies
