What You Will Be Doing

The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in launching a new 3 shift/7 day-a-week fulfillment center in Las Vegas. The Engineer will partner closely with leadership and work with all functions to drive network initiatives aligned with company goals. Support will include driving four-wall improvements with a focus on safety, productivity, service, cost, performance standards, designing workflows, benchmarks, equipment sourcing, and analyzing operations. First-year of this role will include heavy process implementation and change management to ensure efficiency in the launch of the start-up.

What You Need for this Position

- A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and analytical ability
- Prior work experience in conducting time studies, project management, and layout design
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and AutoCAD (or equivalent)

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in Manhattan Associates warehouse management solution
- Knowledge in SQL, Visual Basic, or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma certification
