Title: Human Resources Specialist - Employee Relations (Diagnostic Services Company)
Location: Seattle, WA 98121
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + 10% Bonus
Founded in 1995 we are a 100 employee diagnostic services laboratory that specializes in comprehensive hematopathology & residual disease monitoring. We have grown 20% in the past 2 years primarily in our research deparment as we gain marketshare in the space. Our HR department currently consists of a HR Manager & HR Coordinator and this position will be focused more on the culture aspect. We are looking for someone strong in conflict resolution who can handle big personalities and maintain the relationship between HR and the organization. We offer flexiblity on hours & hybrid working to help accommodate all situations. In addition we provide perks like free medical coverage, commuting assistance and paid parking onsite. A creative thinker will go a long way in this department and would be a highly coveted asset to the organization.
