Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring for an HR Manager that has strong experience with Recruitment, HR/HRIS Administration, and strong working knowledge of HR systems, processes, and procedures. This role is on-site 5 days a week.
What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for multiple team members to help with HR tasks. Ideally, the candidates should be able to do generalist HR duties in addition to supporting our internal recruiting efforts. From our Chicago-based headquarters, our team has grown to include offices in Austin and Miami, as well as warehousing and logistics operations that are seeing rapid expansion. Senior Software Engineers, Product Managers, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Motion Designers, Procurement and Supply Chain roles, Business Analysts, Medical Content Writers, Machine Operators, and more are among the many types of candidates we actively recruit and then support throughout the entire employment lifecycle.
