We are an growing engineering services company growing through technical innovation servicing both government (Maritime/Navy and DoD) and commercial large scale engineering projects! We are specializing in electronics technology research, development, cybersecurity, and much more.
We are seeking a talented DoD-experienced, HMI AVEVA/Wonderware Systems Engineer supporting , designing and delivering high technology services and solutions to most advanced naval and maritime ships, as well as to special purpose platforms and assets. This work is primarily within DoD and Navy maritime systems.
Secret clearance (or eligible, but will need the active clearance to start).
Base salary from $50K-$100K DOE
What You Will Be Doing
Designing and delivering high technology services and solutions to most advanced naval and maritime ships, as well as to special purpose platforms and assets.
-Developing Human Machine Interface (HMI) / Graphical User Interface (GUI) applications with AVEVA/ Wonderware software
-Reviewing and interpreting plant drawings, machinery specifications, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and automation sequences of operations.
What You Need for this Position
-Minimum 2 years experience and or knowledge of the following:
- Ideally 2-5 years of HMI software development experience
- Designing, developing, testing, documenting and maintaining Industrial Control System software or building automation systems
- CompTIA Security+ and Windows 10 Certifications
- Basic network troubleshooting of Industrial Control Systems
- Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise Operating System-GUI
-Active Secret level security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
-Ability & willingness to travel
-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
