We are looking for a motivated individual to serve as our Head of Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for developing and executing strategy to drive investor outreach, engagement and relationships. This individual will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the company meets its strategic objectives with respect to investors.
Position Overview:
The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for the coordination and management of all investor relations activities. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective investors; developing and presenting material to investors; and preparing, managing and executing investor-related policies. The individual will also be responsible for developing and maintaining overall investor relations strategy and driving all investor relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate investor relations activities, including investor conferences and other investor meetings.
- Prepare and maintain investor presentation materials, such as investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other announcements.
- Develop and maintain investor relations strategy and plans, ensuring the alignment with overall corporate strategies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and prospective investors.
- Monitor and report on relevant market intelligence and industry trends to inform investor relations activities.
- Prepare and maintain investor relations materials.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of required reports and documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors.
- Technology and automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
