We are looking for a Hardware Engineering Manager to serve as the technical lead for our HW Engineering team. This person will lead a team of hardware engineers but still contribute to HW development and standardize process for code reviews. This person would also help with personnel management and budgeting, andbe an integral member of our engineering group.

What You Will Be Doing
-Hands-on leader for the hardware engineering team
-Manage the department personnel and budgets
-Work with other department leaders on product roadmaps
-Help estimate deliverables and concepts on how to improve hardware team
What You Need for this Position
At least 4-5 years of experience with:
- Hardware Engineering
- PCB Design
- Experience leading or managing a team of HW Engineers
Nice to haves:
- PMP cert
- Broad general knowledge of firmware, software, manufacturing
- Procurement
- Product Validation
