Job Title: General Superintendent

Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $220,000/year
The General Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will possess a wide array of skills related to site safety, environmental compliance, site feasibility assessment, quality expectations and specifications, warehouse layout and management, equipment and tool requirements, cost estimation, construction scheduling, fleet management system, personnel recruiting and management, and construction plans and specifications. The General Superintendent must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have current certifications including OSHA 40Hr, Riggers Certification, Competent Person Fall Protection, SWPP QSP Certification, and Forklift Operator Certification.
Position Overview: This person will be the first member of the team and will work directly with the Vice President of Construction to develop processes, tooling and equipment requirements, and staffing plan to efficiently and simultaneously install multiple volumetric factory-built ADUs. The successful candidate will ultimately manage a team of construction professionals responsible for receiving and rigging ADU buildings, foundations construction, underground utilities installation, deck building and miscellaneous site construction work.
