Our client is a full service reference laboratory and has an immediate need for a FISH Technologist.

What You Will Be Doing

- Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system
- Performing technical and scientific processes and procedures for the processing and microscopic examination of specimens in high-complexity genetic testing CLIA certified laboratory under the supervision of Laboratory Manager
- Perform tests according to approved policies and procedures for all phases of testing, perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
- Follow quality control, quality assurance, and safety policies
- Assist with revising laboratory documents including policies, procedures, and forms
- Comply with all federal and state regulations requiring ongoing education and training

What You Need for this Position

- FISH experience
- CA Cytogeneticist License or Clinical Laboratory Scientist License
- UroVysion bladder FISH
