We're a rapidly growing team based in Boulder that is looking for a Field Services Engineer to join us. This is a 70% + travel position, looking for someone with vacuum system experience.
This position is for a Field Services Engineer, responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of vacuum deposition equipment and industrial machinery. The successful candidate will have a combination of technical and customer service skills, enabling them to maintain and troubleshoot customer machinery, and help solve customer issues.
Position Overview: The Field Services Engineer will work closely with customers, providing technical support to resolve customer issues and servicing and maintaining customer machinery. This position requires strong technical and customer service skills, as the candidate will need to be able to both troubleshoot customer machinery, and provide customer service.
