What You Will Be Doing
-Attend pre-bid meetings, perform site visits, site assessments, walkthroughs
-Responsible for preparation of bid proposal
-Work well with Owners, Architects, and fellow employees while providing leadership in preconstruction process
-Perform take-offs, organize and analyze information
-Perform other related duties as required or assigned
What You Need for this Position
-Experience in estimating at all stages of design: schematic, conceptual, and design development
-Ability to navigate specifications and plans
-Knowledge & Proficient with estimating software
-Ability to present yourself well in interviews and meetings with architects and clients
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial related projects
